How can I volunteer for the race?

What is the race date for 2012?
The 2012 Holiday Half Marathon Sunday, December 9, 2012. The 2012 Holiday 5K Run/Walk and FREE 1 Mile Penguin Waddle date will be Saturday, December 8, 2012.
How can I support or get involved with the race?
We encourage residents to get involved with the race in a number of ways. You can join the “Race Team” by signing up on our Volunteer Page and help out in a variety of positions. Or come out along the course and cheer on the runners, play music or even join one of the water stations to provide support for the participants. You don’t have to be running in the race to participate!
